Our group is excited to participate to the conference “Copernicus and Space Applications, 2018 edition” organized by the Romanian Space Agency together with European Space Agency, European Commission, Romanian Parliament – Chamber of Deputies – SPACE Subcommision and Eursys.

Our group had a specific focus on engaging in the discussions concerning the Earth Observation Theme, with particular emphasis on the “Collaborative Ground Segment” aspect and its potential evolution within the Romanian space ecosystems. Our primary interest lay in understanding how our ongoing ESA Pathfinder project, EO4SEE, aligns with the current developments in the Romanian ecosystem.

The conference provided a valuable opportunity for networking with collaborators both from Romania and abroad. It allowed us to discover members of the Romanian space community, potentially with overlapping interests.
